- Refund Policy: At Island City Credit Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality credit repair services to our customers. The goal of our service is to remove questionable negative information from credit reports and improve their credit scores.. This is not an exact science and there are cases in which we may be unsuccessful. Our clients are protected with our 180 day warranty.
- Refund Eligibility: If you sign up for Island City Credit Solutions, and your credit score does not improve in 180 days, you will be entitled to a full refund. This does not mean that your credit will be fixed completely during that period but you should see an improvement in your credit score in this period or your money back. Eligibility for a refund does not start until day 180. You must be an active participant in the program for 180 days. Cancellation or failure to pay during the initial 180 days of the program is a void of this guarantee. You must keep your credit monitoring active in the program for 180days. Cancellation or failure to pay credit monitoring during the initial 180 days of the program is a void of this guarantee. That you do not create or cause any new derogatory trade lines to be added to your credit report after your participation in the applicable program begins; You make all payments due and owing to Island City Credit Solutions per this agreement in a timely manner.
- Correspondence Submission: In order to qualify for refund Island City Credit Solutions 180 Day Money-Back Guarantee will be strictly subject to you complying with the following terms and conditions: You upload, mail, fax or email to Island City Credit Solutions proof of your identity such as a copy of driver’s license and copy of social security card within five (“5”) days of the effective date of this agreement. All customers must ensure that all correspondence from the credit bureaus, collection agencies, and creditors are uploaded to their secure client portal. Island City Credit Solutions must be able to respond to all correspondence from these entities in order for credit repair to work properly. You agree to give Island City Credit Solutions thirty (“30”) days from the date you have requested a refund to allow Island City Credit Solutions adequate time to review your credit bureaus and audit your account to verify that your credit score has not improved from your account and to ascertain the reason for this occurring.
- Refund Request: To request a refund, customers must contact your service specialist by phone, so your identity can be verified and provide all necessary documentation. Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- Refund Amount: If the refund request is approved, the customer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the service, minus the 1st work fee & postage cost used to mail dispute letters on behalf of the client. Any disagreements regarding refund amounts will be handled in accordance with Virginia law. Upon signing up with Island City Credit Solutions, the client agrees to allow all disagreements to be governed by Virginia law.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds can take between 30-60 days to be processed. We will make every effort to process refunds as quickly as possible.
- Refund Policy Exclusions: Customers forfeit their right to a full refund if they become past due for more than 5 days.
